Being new to the area, I hadn’t yet found a doctor I knew I could rely on and feel comfortable with. Then, with this horrible flu going around and really not feeling well, I needed to find someone and started phoning around. After a number of very impersonal and unhelpful calls elsewhere, I took a chance and called this practice - and what a completely different experience. From the moment the phone was answered, there was warmth, care and genuine human engagement. When you’re not feeling well, that matters more than people realise. Even the process of onboarding and registering as a new patient was incredibly seamless. That same warmth continued when I arrived. Dr Bowers immediately made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. She took the time to really listen and understand, was thorough in her approach, and I never once felt rushed. And then there was the lovely lady at reception, if I recall, her name was Elena. Just such a warm, caring and genuinely engaging person. It’s difficult to describe, but there was a realness and kindness in the way I was treated from the first phone call until I left. I walked out feeling so much better, not only because I’d seen a doctor, but because of the way I had been treated. Such a refreshing experience. It restored my faith in humanity a little. Thank you.

Met Dr Michelle for the first time yesterday and what a pleasant experience. She took time to get to know me as a new patient and a good listener. Draw blood in the rooms which is a big +. Went for X-ray and result was sent to me very early today. The whole process in dealing with Execumed is very professional. I can recommend if you need a new doctor.
